Before dying, one of them reveals that they planned to turn themselves in but were killed by Missoula, who is headed north through Wyoming to Montana. Heading back into Utah, they find one of the gang's trucks overturned and several of the members dead. Grant resolves to track down the gang and avenge Milo's death, despite Biscuit's reservations. The local sheriffs do not believe the boys' story, having no record of Missoula or his gang and being unable to find Milo's body as evidence of the murder.
Grant and Biscuit escape and collapse in the desert, where Grant again sees a vision of the cowboy. While camping in the Arizona desert they are attacked by a gang of vicious rednecks, and Milo is murdered by their leader, Missoula. Later, Grant sees a mirage of a cowboy on horseback.
In Utah they assist Elvis impersonator "Daredelvis" with getting his trailer unstuck. Bored with their lives, they decide to move to Los Angeles, and set out on a cross-country drive. Grant, Biscuit, and Milo are punks living in Queens. In 2017 it was given a new release in the DVD and Blu-ray formats. It received a home video release on VHS, through which niche interest in the film persisted in subsequent decades. Written as a dramatic, action-filled "punk Western" set in the modern era, the finished film also contained elements of comedy, road movies, and a heavy metal soundtrack, the combination of which made it difficult to market. Several parties involved in making the film, including Spheeris, later attributed this to its mixing of multiple genres and tones. Spheeris had previously worked with Ving in The Decline of Western Civilization, and with Flea and the Vandals in Suburbia.ĭudes was shown in only a few theaters and did not receive a wide release through a film distributor. It is way too huge to hold in your hands yet alone to take a bite out of. As you can see from the photo, this biscuit requires eating with a fork and knife to dive in. It also comes with a sunny side egg, but I chose to get this egg scrambled instead. I must say that I am very impressed that they offer a good bit of meatless meals on their menu. But fair warning, this place can get really crowded. Which, to be completely honest, this is rare.
Fortunately for us, we got to Vicious Biscuit in a time that wasn’t too crowded. Pleasant can get pretty crowded around lunch. If you’re from the Charleston area, then you know that Mt. My husband and I visited Vicious Biscuit on a Monday afternoon around lunch time. Their enormously sized buttermilk biscuits comes with a huge variety of toppings that takes your boring old biscuit and makes it the best you’ve ever had. It’s not just your average biscuit that you slab some jam or butter on.
